If You Feel Everything, You’re Not Weak—You’re Porous

You know that strange kind of tired? Not the “I worked too much” tired. Why am I drained after a normal day,” tired. You wake up fine, you handle your work, you talk to people, you do your usual things… and yet by evening your body feels heavy, your mind feels foggy, and your mood feels like it slipped out of your hands.

The “Normal Day” That Still Drains You

Sometimes it happens after a crowded place—mall, a metro, a family gathering, even a busy clinic day. Sometimes it’s just one phone call. One conversation where the other person vents, complains, cries, or carries chaos… and you keep listening like a good human.

Why Silence Feels Like a Need, Not a Choice

You disconnect, and suddenly you crave silence. You don’t want to talk, you don’t want to explain, you don’t even want to think. You just want to disappear for a bit.

Sensitivity Isn’t the Problem—Unfiltered Absorption Is

Most people label this as “low energy” or “overthinking” or “I’m too emotional.” But I see something else happening.

Your system isn’t wrong. You simply absorb life without a filter. You take in emotions that don’t belong to you. You pick up the pressure in rooms. You catch people’s moods like it’s your job. And because you don’t release it consciously, you carry it—into your home, your bed, your sleep, your next day.

This Is What I Call an Energy Leak

That’s the real issue: not low energy… leaking energy.

Aura Hygiene: The Missing Routine for People Who Feel Too Much

Table of Contents

Aura Hygiene: The Routine You Didn’t Know You Needed

Think of it like this: you don’t brush your teeth only when you get a cavity. You clean daily because you live daily. Aura hygiene works the same way. It’s not a dramatic ritual—it’s a simple, consistent practice.

Aura hygiene = daily energetic cleanliness + boundaries + repair.
Clean what you picked up. Set a clear boundary. Repair what gets frayed.

You Don’t Need to Become Tougher—You Need to Become Trained

When you feel too much, you don’t need to turn cold. You need a routine that protects your peace and still keeps your heart soft.

The “Dirty Aura” Myth vs. The Real Truth

Let’s clear one thing right away—aura hygiene doesn’t mean your aura is “dirty,” unsafe, or constantly under attack. I don’t like that fear-based narrative, because it makes sensitive people paranoid instead of powerful. It also creates this constant feeling of “Something is wrong with me”… when actually, nothing is wrong.

Think of your aura like your energetic skin. If you feel deeply, absorb moods easily, or get affected by spaces quickly, it simply means your energetic skin stays more open than others. That’s not a curse. It’s a gift. But every gift needs skill.

So aura hygiene is not superstition. It’s self-care for a sensitive nervous system and an open energy field. It’s the difference between living your life normally and carrying everyone else’s emotions like unpaid baggage.

1) Aura Hygiene Is Not Fear—It’s Energetic Self-Care

Fear says: “The world is a dangerous and unpredictable place to live in, everyone and everything will drain your energy, stay on guard.”
Hygiene says: “I can move through the world and still stay in my own energy.”

When people hear “aura cleansing,” they imagine dramatic rituals, complicated rules, or panic-driven protection. But real aura hygiene feels calm, practical, and grounded. It doesn’t make you suspicious of people. It makes you clear about yourself.

You don’t do aura hygiene because you’re scared. You do it because you respect your energy.

  • You wash your hands after coming home—not because you’re terrified, but because you understand contact.
  • You drink water—not because you’re afraid, but because your body needs it.
  • In the same way, you practice aura hygiene because your system is sensitive and it needs regular reset.

The biggest shift is this: you stop treating your sensitivity like a weakness and start treating it like a responsibility. A loving responsibility. The kind that keeps you open-hearted without becoming overexposed.

2) You Don’t Need 24/7 Protection—You Need a Simple Routine

Here’s the truth nobody says plainly: you don’t need to be protected from the world all the time.
You need a routine the way you need brushing, bathing, and sleep.

If you wait until you feel drained, overwhelmed, or emotionally messy, you’re already late. Not late in a scary way—late in a “now it will take longer to reset” way. Hygiene works best when it’s consistent and small, not intense and occasional.

That’s why I treat aura hygiene like daily maintenance:

  • Before the day: set your energetic boundary (so you don’t absorb unnecessarily).
  • During the day: quick resets (so you don’t carry build-up).
  • After the day: release what isn’t yours (so you don’t sleep with other people’s energy).

When you follow a simple routine, you stop living in extremes—either fully open and drained or fully closed and guarded. You stay balanced. You stay “you.”

And that’s the goal.

Not to hide from life.
Not to fear people.
Just to stop leaking yourself everywhere.

The 7 Invisible Ways Your Aura Gets “Messy”

Most people think energy drain happens only when something “big” goes wrong. But honestly? Your aura gets messy in small, everyday ways—quietly, repeatedly, and so normally that you don’t even notice it.

And just like dust doesn’t announce itself before it settles… energetic residue doesn’t either.

So here’s a punchy checklist you can scan like a mirror. If you relate to even 2–3 points, you’re not broken—you simply need better aura hygiene habits.

1) Emotional Residue: You Carry Feelings That Aren’t Yours

You walk into a room feeling fine, and you walk out feeling heavy.
You talk to someone for five minutes, and your mood shifts.

That’s emotional residue. You empathise so deeply that you start hosting other people’s emotions inside your body—stress in your chest, sadness in your throat, irritation in your head.

Sign: You feel “off” but you can’t explain why.
Reality: You picked up emotions like perfume—without choosing.

2) Unfinished Conversations: Energetic Tabs Stay Open

Some conversations don’t end when the call ends.

You keep replaying what you should have said. You imagine their reaction. You write full dialogues in your head. You mentally “fix” it again and again.

That loop keeps your energy tied to that person and that moment. It’s like leaving ten apps open in the background—your system heats up, your peace slows down.

Sign: You feel tired after thinking about someone.
Reality: The tab is still open.

3) People-Pleasing: You Spend Energy to Buy Peace

People-pleasing looks polite on the outside, but it leaks power on the inside.

You tend to say yes when you want to actually say no. You adjust your tone to avoid conflict. You keep smiling even when you feel uncomfortable. You over-give so nobody feels upset.

And slowly, you teach your energy one message: “Other people’s comfort matters more than my truth.”

Sign: You feel resentful, but you don’t admit it.
Reality: You paid with your energy to keep the peace.

4) Digital Overstimulation: Doomscrolling Fragments Your Field

Your body sits still, but your aura travels everywhere.

One reel, then another. One post, then another. Someone’s breakup. Someone’s success. Someone’s trauma story. Someone’s opinion war. And your nervous system processes it all as “real.”

Digital overstimulation creates energetic noise—too many frequencies, too many emotions, too much information. That’s why you feel drained even after doing “nothing.”

Sign: You feel scattered, restless, and mentally tired.
Reality: Your field fragmented because your attention got pulled in 20 directions.

5) Crowded Spaces: Public Energy Creates Static

Crowds carry mixed energy—stress, urgency, impatience, excitement, anxiety. Sensitive people don’t just notice it… they absorb it.

That’s why crowded places can feel like energetic traffic. Your aura gets hit by random frequencies and starts feeling noisy, irritated, or heavy.

Sign: You need to sleep after going out.
Reality: You picked up public energy static.

6) Over-Explaining: You Leak Power Through Justification

When you keep explaining yourself, you keep handing your power away.

You justify your no. You over-clarify your boundaries. You explain your feelings to people who are not even listening properly. You try to be “understood” by people committed to misunderstanding.

Every extra explanation is an energetic donation. Calm boundaries don’t need long speeches.

Sign: You feel exhausted after setting a boundary.
Reality: You leaked energy through justification.

7) Trauma Reflex: Hypervigilance Burns Energy All Day

This one is important and very real.

If your system learned to stay on alert—reading faces, scanning tones, predicting reactions—you live in constant energetic overwork. Even when life is calm, your body stays ready for impact.

Hypervigilance burns energy like a heater that never switches off.

Sign: You feel tired even on “good” days.
Reality: Your nervous system runs in protection mode, not presence mode.

“Do I Have an Aura Leak?” — Quick Self-Test (60 Seconds)

Before you try to “fix” your life, check one thing: are you actually low on energy… or are you leaking it?
This quick self-test will tell you immediately.

The 60-Second Diagnostic

Answer yes or no—don’t overthink it:

  • Do you feel better alone, but guilty about it?
  • Does your mood change after reading messages—even normal ones?
  • Do you need a nap or long silence after socialising?
  • Do you replay interactions in your head and rewrite what you should’ve said?
  • Are you productive only at night, when the world feels quiet and “out of your field”?

Your Result

If you said YES to 3 or more, you don’t need more motivation, discipline, or “positive thinking.”
You need aura hygiene. Because your system isn’t lazy—it’s overloaded.

The Aura Hygiene Framework: Cleanse • Seal • Recharge • Restore

Now that you know how your aura gets messy, I want to give you a simple framework you can actually follow—without making it dramatic or time-consuming.

Most sensitive people do one thing only: they cleanse. They burn incense, take a salt bath, smudge the room… and for a few hours they feel better. But then life happens again—and they feel drained again.

Because aura hygiene doesn’t work like a one-step solution. It works like a system.

So I use a 4-part method that keeps your energy clean, protected, full, and repaired:

Cleanse = remove what isn’t yours
Seal = stop the leak + create a filter
Recharge = fill your own field back up
Restore = repair the frays caused by stress/overgiving

Let’s break it down.

1) Cleanse: Remove What Isn’t Yours

Cleansing means you separate. You stop carrying emotions, moods, and heaviness that you picked up from people and places.

You don’t need a full ritual for this every day. You need a clear intention and a quick practice—because your field collects residue the way your hair collects dust when you step outside.

When cleansing helps most:

  • after client sessions
  • after crowded places
  • after intense conversations
  • after scrolling too much
  • after fights or emotional drama

What cleansing does (energetically): it clears the “static” so you can hear your own inner voice again.

2) Seal: Stop the Leak and Set a Filter

This is the step most people skip—and then they wonder why they keep feeling drained.

Sealing doesn’t mean you turn cold or build walls. It means you create an energetic boundary that says:
“I can care, but I don’t absorb.”

Think of it like sunscreen. You still go out in the sun, you just don’t let it burn you.

Sealing looks like:

  • saying no without guilt
  • not explaining yourself to everyone
  • keeping your energy “inside” instead of oversharing
  • mentally deciding who gets access to you today

What sealing does: it prevents emotional residue from entering so easily. It also stops you from leaking energy through people-pleasing and overgiving.

3) Recharge: Fill Your Field Back Up

After you cleanse and seal, you create space. Now you need to refill it with your own frequency—otherwise you’ll feel empty and tired even after “clearing.”

Recharge is the part where you come back to yourself. It can be soft and simple. It can be five minutes. The goal is not to “raise vibration” like a motivational poster. The goal is to feel like you again.

Recharge can be:

  • sunlight on your face for two minutes
  • music that stabilises you
  • breathwork that settles your chest
  • grounding with feet on the floor
  • holding a crystal, praying, chanting—anything that feels personal

What recharge does: it brings your energy back to your body. It closes that scattered, floating feeling.

4) Restore: Repair What Gets Frayed

This step is deeper. Restoration is what you do when your aura feels thin, not just messy.

Some days don’t just drain you—they leave you emotionally raw. You feel sensitive to noise, people, even your own thoughts. That happens when stress, hypervigilance, overthinking, or emotional labour creates energetic “tears.”

Restoration means you give your system recovery time and repair.

Restoration looks like:

  • real rest (not phone scrolling)
  • gentle self-soothing
  • nervous system regulation
  • journaling to close loops
  • a longer cleansing bath or bedtime ritual

What restore does: it rebuilds your capacity. It stops you from living in survival mode.

The 5-Minute Aura Hygiene Routine (Morning)

Your morning sets your energetic tone. If you wake up and immediately jump into messages, calls, and mental pressure, you start the day with an open field. So do this instead.

Goal: create “energetic skin” before the day begins—so you stay sensitive without absorbing everything.

Step 1: Hand-Sweep + Breath Reset (30 seconds)

Stand or sit comfortably.
Take one deep inhale and a slow exhale.

Now use both hands to gently “sweep” from:

  • the top of your head
  • down your shoulders
  • over your chest and arms
  • down to your hips and legs

Do it like you’re brushing off invisible dust.
End with a firm exhale, as if you’re releasing static.

Step 2: Shield Statement (One Strong Line)

Say one clear line out loud. Keep it simple and direct:

“My energy stays with me. Only love and alignment can enter my space.”

(Repeat it once. Don’t overdo it. Authority matters more than repetition.)

Step 3: Boundary Programming (Who Gets Access, Who Doesn’t)

Now decide your access rules for the day. You’re not being rude—you’re being clear.

Say this in your own words:

  • “My energy opens only to those who meet me with respect.”
  • “Chaos doesn’t get entry today.”
  • “I don’t absorb emotions that aren’t mine.”
  • “I help, but I don’t carry.”

Pick 1–2 lines that feel true for your life and repeat them calmly.

Step 4: Anchor a Color (Gold/White/Indigo Visualization)

Close your eyes for 10–15 seconds.

Imagine a soft light forming around you like a thin layer:

  • Gold if you want confidence + protection
  • White if you want purity + peace
  • Indigo if you want intuition + mental clarity

See it close to your body—like a second skin, not a big bubble.

Step 5: Touch a Physical Anchor (Symbolic Object)

Choose one object you wear or use daily:

  • ring/bracelet/watch
  • perfume
  • bindi / kajal
  • pendant/chain

Touch it for 2 seconds and “lock in” your intention:

“This is my anchor. I return to myself.”

Every time you touch it during the day, your body will remember the boundary.

One Important Reminder

This isn’t imagination—this is nervous system training.
You’re teaching your system to feel deeply without leaking everywhere.

The Midday “Public Place Reset” (2 Minutes)

Crowded places don’t drain you because you’re “too sensitive.” They drain you because your field stays open while you move through mixed energy. So whenever you’re in malls, clinics, metro, offices, family gatherings—do this quick reset. Nobody will even notice.

Step 1: The “Zip Up” Technique (Energetic Jacket)

Stand or sit straight for 5 seconds.

Now imagine you’re wearing an invisible jacket of light.
With your hand, make a small motion from your lower belly up to your chest—like you’re zipping up a jacket.

In your mind, say:
“I close my field. I stay in my energy.”

This creates a filter. You still feel, but you don’t absorb everything.

Step 2: Palm Press + Exhale (Release the Static)

Bring your palms together (like a calm prayer position) and press gently.

Take one inhale.
Then exhale strongly through the mouth—as if you’re releasing energetic noise.

Do it two times.

This simple action signals your body: reset, release, return.

Step 3: Mini Mantra (10 Seconds)

Say this quietly in your head (or whisper it):

“My energy returns to me. Others’ energy returns to them.”

Repeat it 3 times with a slow breath.

This line helps you detach without anger, without blame—just clean separation.

Optional: The Subtle Salt-Water Hack (Practical Tool)

If you want something super practical for public days:

  • Keep a small bottle of water (or even a regular one).
  • Add a tiny pinch of salt before leaving home.
  • Take 2–3 sips and mentally affirm: “I clear and stabilise.”

It’s simple, discreet, and surprisingly grounding—especially after heavy interactions.

The Night Routine: Clean What You Picked Up (10 Minutes)

Night is where aura hygiene becomes real. Because if you sleep with other people’s emotions, your nervous system stays on duty even while your body rests.

Goal: close open loops so you don’t carry the day into sleep.

Do this routine in a calm, simple way—no drama, no fear. Just release, detach, and return to yourself.

Step 1: Energetic Shower Visualisation (Water + Light)

Sit on your bed or stand for a minute. Close your eyes.

Imagine a warm shower flowing over you—starting from the top of your head and moving down.
Now add one detail: the water carries soft white light.

As it flows, mentally say:
“I wash away what isn’t mine.”

Let the water take the heaviness off your head, shoulders, chest, stomach, and legs. It should feel like rinsing the day away:

Step 2: Cord release;

it is gentle detachment; imagine the day as threads—calls, conversations, faces, even memories. You should not force anything; just notice it. place your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your lower belly.

Now you need to say slowly: . “I lovingly detach from today. I release all energetic ties that are not for my highest good.” You did not cut cords dramatically because that’s violent, but you were like unclasping a hook.

Step 3. Return to sender;

Imagine this in your mind: “What is mine returns to me. What is not mine returns to its source—peacefully, with blessings.” No anger, no revenge—just energetic sorting. You amortised yourself because you stopped carrying what never belonged to you.

Step 4: “Aura combing”;

Use your hands as a comb. Start above your head and then move your hands down the front of your body and then the sides and then the back as much as you can reach; do it gently—like detangling hair. Imagine you are smoothing out knots and pulling out static. You can repeat this 3 times, slowly

Step 5: Seal for sleep.

create a soft boundary: imagine a thin layer of light as close to your skin, like a peaceful cocoon. Say one line: “only healing energy can enter my space while I sleep.” Done! No overthinking. Let your body believe you.

Routine: How to be followed

The same routine doesn’t have to be followed every day. Some days you just need a little freshen-up, other days you jelly to go deep. So choose your situation and run the 3-step mini protocol: fast, practical and effective.

Situation 1: You Just Dealt With a Draining Person

Step 1: Shake + Breathe it out (20 seconds)

Rock your hands gently and take two sharp exhales. Tell your body: Let go of the leftover.

Step 2: “Not Mine” Sweep (30 seconds)

Give shoulders a swift sweep with your hands, from shoulder to fingertips and down torso.

Say: “I let go what does not belong to me.”

Seal the perimeter (10 seconds)

Step and touch your anchor with, (ring/bracelet/perfume/bindi) and recite:

“My energy stays with me.”

How you’ll feel afterwards: Lighter, less annoyed, more “back in yourself.”

Situation 2: After You Fight (Even a Tiny One)

Step 1: Nervous System Drop (0:30) Stand with your feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and take a deep breath.

Put one hand on your chest, the other on your belly. Inhale 4, exhale 6. Repeat 3 times.

Step 2: Bring the Party Back Around (40 seconds)

Say: “This moment ends here. I don’t carry it forward.”

(You’re not denying feeling — you’re halting the energetic playback.)

Return the Charge (20 seconds)

Say: “I send your energy back to you. I bring my energy back to me — clean and calm.”

How you’ll feel afterwards: Calmer, less trapped in your head; feeling emotionally steady.

Situation 3: The Morning After a Social Media Binge

Step 1: EYES + BRAIN RESET (20 sec)

Focous towards one stationary subject (wall/plant/sky). Blink slowly 10 times.

Step 2: Capturing attention (30 seconds)

Put your hand on you forehead and say the following:

“I bring my mind back into my body.”

Step 3: Filter out the Noise (20 seconds)

Exhale and picture a gray static loosing itself from your brain like smoke.

Say: “I release digital residue.”

How you may feel afterwards: less scattered, more focused, less of the “buzzing” in your head.

Situation 4: When You’re Coming Out of Client Sessions (Or Caring for Someone’s Life)

Step 1: Snip the ‘Care Carry’ Habit (30 seconds)

Wash your hands (or rub them together if you don’t).

Say: “I served with love. I do not carry.”

Step 2: Decouple With Respect (30 Seconds)

See the client’s own energy quietly returning – in little streams, like trickles – to them.

Say: “Your trip is your baggage. My energy stays with me.”

Step 3: Fill Your Field (30 Seconds)

Take 3 slow breaths, and imagine golden light filling your chest and your belly.

Say: “I refill. I reset. I return.”

How you’ll feel afterwards:

clearer, lighter, like you have protection without numbing.

(Confidence + Protection) -I am about to leave for an important meeting.

Step 1: Zip Up (10 seconds)

Vigorously do up the jacket from belly up to your chest.

Step 2: Power Pose + Breathe (30 seconds)

Shoulders back, chin neutral. Breathe in for 4, out for 4 and repeat three times.

Step 3: Command The Room (10 Seconds)

Say internally:

“I enter with clarity. I influence with calm. I stay protected.”

How you’ll feel afterwards: confident, in the moment, less jittery, more in charge of your nerves.

What to do for First Aid

(Emergency Protocol) when Your Aura Needs Help

There are those days when you’re not just tired — you feel unusually heavy. Your chest feels heavy, your head is foggy and even a minor task requires so much effort. Don’t stress yourself out on these days with motivation hacks. Give your system first aid.

Follow this emergency plan once, ideally in the evening. It’s practical, fast, and calming.

Step 1//Salt + Water Feet Soak (Practical) Reset Step one of this reset is essential for grounding and soothing the nervous system.

Take a small bucket or tub. Add:

warm water

1 – 2 TBS salt (any old salty will do)

Let feet soak for 7–10 minutes.

While soaking, say softly:

“I’m releasing the weight I gained today. I return to myself.”

This sucks your energy downwards and because of this you also easily discharge residue on the ground.

How you’ll feel: Lighter in the body, less “stuck” emotionally.

[Step 2] Ground Black Tourmaline or Iron Object (Easy)

Enjoy black tourmaline in your hand for 1 minute.

If you don’t, use an iron object (key, iron kada, even a metal spoon).

Soften; press it into your palm and slowly inhale.

Say:

“Ground. Stabilise. Protect.”

How you’ll feel: more grounded, less shaky or overstimulated.

Step 3: Box Breathing 3 Rounds ( Nervous System Reset)

Do this exactly 3 rounds:

Inhale 4

Hold 4

Exhale 4

Hold 4

Keep it slow. Keep it steady. Let your shoulders drop.

How you’ll feel: calmer, clearer and less mentally noisy.

Step 4: “Name It to Tame It” Journaling (Just 2 Lines)

Open your notes app or a notebook. Write just two lines:

  1. “Today I picked up: ________.”
  2. “I release it now. What I keep is: ________.”

Example:
“Today I picked up: pressure and irritation.”
“I release it now. What I keep is: calm and clarity.”

How you’ll feel: emotionally lighter, less looped in overthinking.

Sleep Boundary Script (Soft Protection)

Before you sleep, place one hand on your heart and say:

“My body rests. My mind rests. My energy stays sealed and safe.
Only healing energy can enter my space tonight.”

Repeat it once. Then stop. Don’t negotiate with your mind.

How you’ll feel: safer, deeper sleep, less emotional hangover next morning.

The Long-Term Fix: Upgrading Your Energetic Standards

Aura hygiene isn’t only about cleansing after you feel drained. The real transformation happens when you upgrade your energetic standards—the rules your life runs on.

Because the truth is: you can’t keep living with open access and then wonder why you feel exhausted. Long-term peace comes when you stop treating your energy like it’s unlimited.

Here’s how you shift from “always affected” to “naturally protected.”

1) Choose Fewer People, Deeper Access

Not everyone deserves the same version of you.

Stop giving VIP access to people who only bring confusion, drama, or emotional dumping. You can be kind and still be selective. You can love people and still limit access.

New standard: “I don’t give closeness to everyone. I give it to the safe ones.”

2) Say No Without Explaining

This one changes everything.

When you explain too much, you start negotiating your boundaries. You start leaking power through justification. You start performing “goodness” instead of protecting peace.

Practice clean lines like:

  • “I can’t.”
  • “Not possible for me.”
  • “I’m not available.”

No story. No apology marathon. Just clarity.

New standard: “My no is complete.”

3) Stop “Checking” Energy All Day

Sensitive people do this without realising.

You scan the room. You read faces. You analyse tone. You predict reactions. You keep checking: “Is this person upset? Is this safe? Is this energy okay?”

That constant scanning is a hidden energy leak. It keeps your nervous system on duty.

Instead, come back to one question:
“How do I feel in my body right now?”

New standard: “I stay with myself first.”

4) Build a Weekly Aura Reset Ritual

Daily hygiene is maintenance. Weekly reset is repair + upgrade.

Once a week, block 20–30 minutes for a deeper cleanse:

  • salt bath or feet soak
  • room cleansing (incense/sound/clapping)
  • journaling to close emotional loops
  • a long grounding meditation
  • early sleep + digital detox for one night

Do it like you schedule a hair spa or body massage. Your aura also needs maintenance.

New standard: “I reset before I break down.”

5) Replace “I Feel Too Much” With “I Filter Better Now.”

This is the identity shift.

When you keep saying “I feel too much,” you train your mind to believe sensitivity is a problem. But when you say “I filter better now,” you claim power.

You stop trying to become less.
You start becoming skilled.

New standard: “I stay soft, and I stay protected.”

Your Sensitivity Is a Gift—Your Hygiene Is the Skill

If you’ve been feeling drained, heavy, or emotionally “full” after normal days, please hear this clearly: you’re not weak. You’re simply open. And openness without hygiene turns into exhaustion.

Aura hygiene isn’t about fear. It’s not about hiding from people or becoming cold. It’s about learning a new way to live—where you stay kind, present, and intuitive… without leaking yourself everywhere.

Start small. Do the morning routine. Use the public-place reset. Clean your energy at night. And on heavy days, give yourself first aid instead of pushing harder.

Because the goal is not to feel less.
The goal is to feel cleaner, clearer, and more like you.

Remember: You don’t need to become tougher. You need to become trained.
And once you practice this, you’ll notice something beautiful—
You’ll still feel deeply, but you won’t suffer deeply.

Tell me in comments, “Which one drains you the most—people, places, or your own overthinking?”
